2026 Faith in Action Awards Luncheon

Description

The Christian Development Council's annual awards are hosted during the Faith and Fundraising Forum at the Bridge conference. The awards include:

  • The Caritas Award recognizes an individual who works for a CDC member nonprofit organization and whose extraordinary service has positively impacted countless lives.
    Winner: Lisa Daughtry-Weiss, Bread for the World
  • The Nonprofit of the Year Award recognizes a Christian nonprofit organization exhibiting strength in many areas, such as dynamic impact in its mission and ministry, a fair and equitable workplace for all staff, innovative approaches to serving others, leadership in advocating for regulatory principles that empower the nonprofit community.
    Winner: Association of the Miraculous Medal
  • The Rising Star Award honors an individual who celebrates an emerging leader whose early career contributions have already made a significant and measurable impact on the Christian community.
    Winner: Bryce Stephens, Christian Appalachian Project
  • The Distinguished Service Award recognizes an individual who works for either a member nonprofit organization or a corporate member, and whose strong commitment, work ethic, and leadership skills have positively impacted the Christian community and those it serves for many years. The individual selected for this award is likely to have served for 20+ years and will be seen as a role model by others in the development profession.
    Winner: To be announced.

This event is for luncheon-only tickets. If you'd like to register for the Faith & Fundraising Forum/Bridge conference, you can do so here. The luncheon is included with the conference registration.
