Chad joined the Missions in 2008 and became its first lay President in 2012. He is a former Chair of the National Catholic Development Conference and currently services as a Trustee of the National Catholic Community Foundation\, Trustee of St. Michael's College\, Chairman of the Board of the Wallace Community College Foundation\, and Chairman of the Steering Committee of the U.S. Attorney's Weed and Seed Committee for Dallas County. Chad has received numerous national and local awards and recognition for his work in Catholic philanthropy and innovative approach to poverty services.
