Key Acquisition Partners, (KAP), is a recognized leader in bringing successful cost effective donor acquisition and management solutions to our clients. We are in search of a Account Director - List Planner to work on multiple non-profit accounts.  

Responsibilities includes strategic direct mail planning, list plan development, campaign analysis, researching and presenting test list recommendations, rate negotiation, and assuming primary responsibility for client satisfaction and growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the daily client contact
  • Developing accurate and comprehensive list plans for assigned clients
  • Participating in and leading mail plan and test recommendation discussions with clients
  • Analyzing and interpreting historical campaign performance and applying knowledge to future campaign strategies and planning
  • Creating campaign-level annual budgets and presenting to senior leadership
  • Researching, developing and delivering modeling solutions and merge purge instructions
  • Analyzing list universes for opportunities to improve response, value, and/or cost per order
  • Creating and presenting program review presentations for clients

 Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in direct marketing, specifically within the acquisition/list brokerage area. 
  • Broad experience in the non-profit arena is preferred but not required.  Work within non-profits or agencies is a plus but not required.
  • Solid competency: Office 365, including PowerPoint and advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.). is required.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills paired with the demonstrated ability to organize your work and continuously manage competing priorities.
  • The ability to operate independently and proactively is a must and can work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.  
  • While individual competency is highly valued, a willingness to be a flexible and proactive team player is also critical.
