For almost 50 years, Covenant House has served and advocated for youth and young families experiencing homelessness, human trafficking, and exploitation. Our overarching goal is to end homelessness among youth and young families by helping them achieve housing stability, heal from trauma, tap into their innate resilience, and hone their interests and skills to forge new pathways to independence. This work is carried out across Covenant House sites in 31 cities in the US, Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua.

Primary Responsibilities

Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Partnerships, the Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships is responsible for leading administrative and operational support to the Corporate Partnerships team. The Coordinator will take an operational role in helping to streamline and organize corporate giving-related systems, processes, and communications.

Key Responsibilities/Job Duties

  • Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead the planning and coordination for all corporate service days.
  • Review data and prepare monthly reports for corporate revenue-generating activities.
  • Collect, organize, and report annual federation wide-corporate giving data, and identify opportunities for site collaboration.
  • Track and execute all recognition activity for corporate partners in alignment with stewardship processes.
  • Lead the production process for marketing and communication for the corporate partnerships team including social media, website, and internal site communication.
  • Provide grant writing support for the Corporate Partnerships Team
  • Work closely with the volunteer department to ensure appropriate record keeping of corporate volunteers and projects.
  • Exceptionally execute corporate recognition at all events in support of the special events team.
  • Work closely with the Development Operations team to ensure process alignment across revenue channels.
  • Become an active member of the development staff team by attending and contributing to all staff events such as volunteer events, Sleep Out Events and our annual gala.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Development leadership.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • At least one (1) year of Project Management and administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication skills via writing, public speaking and visual presentation.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google Suite apps.
  • Knowledge of Adobe, Photoshop or Canva and EveryAction a plus.
  • Highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong time management, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Enjoy gathering and representing data through reporting.
  • Exceptional customer-service, tact, and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in learning and growing within non-profit fundraising.
  • Commitment to Covenant House’s mission to serve youth experiencing homelessness.

Covenant House is a vaccinated employer. Our offices are located in Manhattan, however, this position will be remote for the foreseeable future.
