Chicago, IL (Hybrid Schedule Available)

Responsible for the integration of data between Easterseals, Inc databases and key service bureaus. Performs the production of reports and other outputs from the database to support the needs of affiliates and headquarters. Performs the import of data from the key service bureaus into the database.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for the pulling of files for import from service bureau file transfer protocol (FTP) sites, decrypts the files and imports them into the headquarters’ database.
  • Responsible for quality control of all imported data, including correcting any exceptions and the creation of quality control reports.
  • Responsible for reports and other outputs on a scheduled basis for the needs of affiliates, headquarters, and service bureaus.
  • Expertly maintain the hygiene of all data imported or exported from the headquarters’ databases.
  • Participates in upgrades to the database by testing the upgrade prior to execution to ensure accuracy of the data.
  • Understands and endorses the mission and values of Easter Seals.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, primarily Excel and Word.
  • Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain organization, meet deadlines, possesses integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Desire to work in an analytical, data-driven environment, including a demonstrated capability to examine, manipulate, utilize, and interpret large data sets for a wide array of audiences.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
