Role Description


Arjuna Solutions is seeking an experienced VP, Marketing and Communications to lead the MARCOM responsibilities for one of the most compelling companies in the nonprofit fundraising market. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and execution of compelling GTM strategies with high-impact marketing engines for an artificial intelligence solutions and services provider serving the nonprofit fundraising market.


Our marketing leader will have responsibility for developing the marketing plans, messaging and financial plans needed to communicate key insights about the company’s unique capabilities in nonprofit fundraising. We look to this leader to tell our story, inspiring fundraising industry leaders to explore and adopt our innovative artificial intelligence solutions nonprofit fundraising. The candidate will be responsible for end to end MARCOM including developing marketing processes, managing marketing agencies, orchestrating content development, measuring and reporting on marketing KPI performance.


The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytical thinker with a bias for action and business impact. We are searching for someone who is self-motivated, inspires followership, and can roll-up her/his sleeves to successfully execute high value marketing strategy. It is critical that the candidate is tech-savvy, with a strong track record developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that have delivered tangible outcomes with firms serving the nonprofit industry.

Qualifications and Skills that Matter

Bachelor’s degree, in marketing, business, engineering, technology, communications/English, or pertinent field of study, and ideally, an MBA from a leading academic institution.

  • At least 10 years of high impact marketing experience with tangible financial performance outcomes.
  • An experienced marketing strategist and planner, who has a strong bias for strategy execution quality and driving financial impact / business performance.
  • Proven ability to quickly develop and deploy marketing assets and programs to efficiently optimize campaign performance.
  • Previous success developing captivating, compelling marketing content as a thought leader, with established credibility with a variety of leading industry stakeholders.
  • Technology savvy individual with a high level of proficiency personally using leading marketing automation, website management, and related technologies.
