Spiritual Connection with Guest Host: Rev. Noah Mata

Long Live the Faith
Navigating the unpredictable waters of our work with unwavering belief.

Rev. Noah Mata is a pastor, communicator, church planter and advocate for justice whose work lives at the intersection of faith, public life and the movement to end hunger. As a Church Giving Advisor at Bread, Noah equips churches, donors and faith leaders to engage in advocacy that addresses the root causes of hunger in the United States and around the world.
With more than a decade of cross-generational pastoral experience, Noah brings a deeply relational and prophetic voice to conversations about faith and social justice.
Whether speaking from a pulpit or on a stage, Rev. Noah Mata brings a preacher’s heart in addressing complex issues of hunger, intersectionality, race and justice. By weaving together spiritual formation, compassion and biblical teaching, he makes a compelling case for the church’s role in addressing these issues.

Spiritual Connection: Inspire. Uplift. Connect.

Join us for Spiritual Connection, a monthly virtual gathering designed to uplift your spirit, foster meaningful connections, and provide a moment of peace in your busy schedule.

On the first Friday of each month, take a 30-minute break from your busy schedule to nourish your spirit. Designed for members of the Christian Development Council (CDC), this virtual gathering provides a unique opportunity to explore faith-based topics that inspire, uplift, and connect us all. Topics focus on personal growth, spiritual enrichment, and building a sense of unity. From current events to devotional pieces, health tips to passages from inspiring books, our speakers share their passions, creating space for meaningful reflection and connection.

What to Expect:

  • Motivating Speakers: Each month, a featured speaker will share their wisdom and passion on a topic relevant to our spiritual lives.
  • Thought-Provoking Discussions: Engage in meaningful conversations with fellow members of our community, sharing your thoughts and experiences.
  • A Welcoming Atmosphere: All are welcome, regardless of where you are on your spiritual path.
  • A Moment of Renewal: Leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and connected to a community that cares.

Nourish your spirit. Join us.
