Description
Essential Leadership Lab is a sustained, virtual program for senior leaders that meets monthly on Zoom. Registration includes one full year with participants attending 9 of the 12 sessions (participant's choice).
Registration opens to accept new participants 3 times per year for start dates in February, June, or October.

NOTE: There is no limit to the number of Lab participants from any one organization or agency.
TNPA's Essential Leadership Lab includes 12 monthly sessions. Participants choose 9 to attend. After registering, participants receive a confirmation email that includes the specific time options for each month and includes links to RSVP to receive the Zoom link, updates, and reminders.
First-time participants will be invited to the Lab Orientation in February, June, and October.
