he Associate Director provides strategic oversight and direction for the organization’s mid-level giving programs and membership initiatives associated with the Team USA Giving Circle. Working closely with the Major Giving Team, you will facilitate the strategic direction for the mid-level program, overseeing stewardship and fulfillment. The Associate Director develops and executes a data-driven strategic plan for mid-level giving, serving as a strategic partner for the existing annual fund and major gift programs.
