More than "Women at the Table": Creating organizations that are fair to women [Webinar]

We consistently hear that women make up 70-75% of the nonprofit sector’s labor force, and we see that in our own experience. Yet, just like in other sectors, the workplace and programming may not meet best practices for gender equality. 

Join us in this hour-long webinar to explore what does a fair workplace look like, what exactly are those best practices, how can your organization or company identify the weak points and improve. 

We will be joined by Amy-Willard Cross, founder of GenderFair, an organization that evaluates, audits, and certifies companies (and now nonprofit organizations) about how well they are promoting equality (especially around gender, and also considering other factors). 

Andrew Gleason, Advisor, Gender Equality & Social Justice, will join from Save The Children to share their experience — and surprising findings — when evaluating their workplace. 

Helen Robare, Senior Manager, Digital Acquisition, will join us from The Nature Conservancy.
