As a leader in the nonprofit fundraising space, we are growing, and are looking for an Account Executive to join us. 

About the Role: 

As a Direct Mail Account Executive, you will help lead the strategy and creative for our nonprofit clients' fundraising campaigns. Working as a part of a multi-channel team, you will generate and implement innovative fundraising campaigns for our nonprofit clients. You will become intimately familiar with your clients' mission - and they will come to rely on your fundraising experience - as you work together to build and grow a strong and committed donor file. 

About Your Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with creating direct response campaign strategies.
  • Serve as the project manager for our work with the client, overseeing the schedule and all deliverables. 
  • Manage data selection and segmentation for all campaigns
  • Proofread campaign materials to ensure quality of each campaign 
  • Manage results collection
  • Maintain a strong relationship with clients, taking a lead in client calls, spearheading meetings, and pitching in when needed to met clients needs 
  • Prepare and distribute meeting notes 

About Your Skills: 

To succeed in this position, you should have at least 2 years' experience working in direct response fundraising (agency experience strongly preferred), demonstrated expertise in managing fully integrated, multi-channel, direct response fundraising programs and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented team-player, able to prioritize multiple projects. 

About our Location: 

We are located south of Dupont Circle in Washington, DC. The position is offered in either a Hybrid, On-site, or *remote capacity. 

*The position will be available remotely for candidates who will be in a work location in which Lautman Maska Neill & Company has an established business entity. We current operate in Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and Washington DC.
