As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of direct mail acquisition media plans for a diverse set of non-profit clients, utilizing performance outcomes, research and directed strategies to inform planning and support new donor growth for our clients.

Your Impact:
- Key project manager for clients and partners.
- Oversee campaign schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
- Produce client performance reports; identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop detailed media plans with forecasted KPI’s based on budgeted volume, responder, and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with cooperative database partners to review performance information and assess modeling needs.
- Perform research on new media test opportunities.
- Work with data processing partners to review merge instructions, suppression data requirements, and finalize post merge data selections/volumes.
- Helps prepare for and participate in client meetings.
- Support Associate/Account Director.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
- At least 3 years of experience, preferably with a direct marketing agency or nonprofit organization.
- Experience is essential, but just as vital is a willingness to learn and having a passion for your work.
- You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Your written and verbal communication skills are strong and effective.
- You understand direct marketing performance metrics.
- You have a basic understanding of predictive modeling and analytics.
- You are familiar with data/merge processing.
- You can manage day-to-day program execution for multiple clients.
- You are self-motivated, detail oriented, and highly organized.
- You have strong problem-solving skills.
- You enjoy working in a team environment.
