The Chief Marketing & Fundraising Officer (CMFO) is a key member of Good360’s Executive Team, responsible for driving the organization’s brand strategy, marketing initiatives, communications, and individual giving programs. This dynamic leader will oversee cross functional teams to elevate Good360’s visibility, grow revenue through strategic fundraising, and strengthen our brand presence globally. The CMFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Good360, ensuring that our mission and impact resonate with stakeholders around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing, branding, and fundraising strategies aligned with Good360’s mission and growth objectives. Provide visionary leadership to position Good360 as a leader in product philanthropy and purposeful giving.
• Brand Management: Lead the evolution of Good360’s brand to ensure consistency, relevance, and resonance with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, donors, nonprofits, and the general public. Drive brand awareness through strategic campaigns, storytelling, and thought leadership.
• Marketing & Communications: Oversee all marketing channels, digital strategies, public relations, content creation, and internal communications to amplify Good360’s impact. Develop integrated marketing plans that leverage traditional and digital media to reach diverse audiences effectively.
• Fundraising: Drive individual giving programs, donor engagement strategies, and philanthropic campaigns to expand revenue streams and donor base. Cultivate relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporate partners to secure transformational gifts and sponsorships.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team across brand, marketing, communications, and individual giving functions. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
• Executive Collaboration: Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and collaborate closely with fellow Executive Team members to advance Good360’s organizational goals. Contribute to strategic planning, decision-making, and organizational development initiatives.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize fundraising and marketing efforts. Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
• Crisis Communications: Lead the organization’s crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely and effective messaging during emergencies or sensitive situations. Develop proactive strategies to manage reputational risk.
• Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance Good360’s visibility, credibility, and impact. Collaborate with external stakeholders to create mutually beneficial opportunities for growth and innovation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, communications, and fundraising, preferably within the nonprofit or social impact sectors.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and fundraising strategies that drive revenue growth and brand visibility.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels, including board members, donors, and corporate partners.
• Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, public relations, and donor engagement.

Salary
- Starting $185,000
- Base plus Annual Bonus
